How to: Use the support helpdesk

You can use the helpdesk to contact us about any questions or problems you may have or visit our Knowledge base to view help articles that address many different subjects and frequently asked questions. You can also view pre-existing enquiries submitted to us and our responses to them by logging in to your support account.
